High way robbery. I have been coming here for awhile, however Each time I come through prices keeping going up. I was charged $111 for a pedicure & refill of nails. I just got a French manicure on hands and feet. My previous visits o would get chrome or cats eyes designs which costs me $140 so I figured doi g something basic would be under $80. This absolutely my last visit! I feel robbed

This is my first visit here, as it was convenient while out running last minute errands. I got a gel polish change and it was vastly different than the place I usually go to. First of all, most of my nails are jagged and will catch on fabrics. The gel polish is bumpy on two nails and there are bubbles in four nails. I felt rushed when the technician told me I was finished after not even finishing one cycle under the lamps. I know the place I usually goes to has me sit through two cycles. I'm not sure this polish will last two days, let alone two weeks. I should have gone to my usual place....lesson learned.

I have been going to the establishment since the beginning of the summer. All of the ladies that I have seen did great work of course the last two times I went I had the guy now I could care less male or female as long as you can perform the task I don’t care who does my nails. The gentleman that has been doing my nails the last two times I have had to get my nails done sooner than two weeks. My nails have been breaking chipping just looking a hot mess. I do like this establishment I will say though do not see the man that works there. I know that’s probably not a nice thing to say but there’s no point in this economy to be spending that kind of money for the work to be trash.

I went last weekend because it had good reviews. I called when I was near to see if they had any openings, they assured me they had time and to come in as soon as possible! I got there 5 minutes later, was immediately sat down to get my nails done. While picking out a color I checked with the mail tech to verify I was looking at Dip swatches and mentioned I was allergic to gel, he said no problem. After dipping my nails and putting on the activator be pulled the gel lamp out I immediately pulled my hand back and reminded him of my allergy- he stared at me confused then came back and explained that the gel was just the top coat. Today was my first time here! I read the google reviews and decided to try it since I live close by. I was early for my call ahead appointment and taken right on time/a few minutes early. My stylist was Jenny T. She was VERY precise with my shaping and making sure multiple times that my nails were even. She checked herself after every step of filing to make sure the length was not uneven. I really appreciate that she was that prideful of her work to make sure it was accurate! I don’t mind paying $55 for a set when the artist does a great job! I will be back to see Jenny and am so happy I bit the bullet and tried a new place!
