This office is great!! When you walk in, it smells amazing. The front desk greets you so kindly and makes sure you are well taken care of. Dr. Drain is very trained in what she does and educates her patients during their cleanings or procedures. Highly recommend this place to others!

Scam artists. Would give 0 stars if I could. My husband was patient of theirs for about a year and was consistently nickel and dimed for every dollar they could get out of him. We asked for them to replace a crown of his that he was not happy with from a previous dentist (we were happy to pay out of pocket since it would be an aesthetic matter), they claimed they couldn't replace it unless he purchase some $900 cleaning/whitening package. What?? He also had numerous fillings done that did not hold up and botched fillings that ended up as broken teeth. He was told he needed root canals on several teeth that his now dentist said were simple cavities and no where near in need of oral surgery. Just flat out lies and dishonest service all around. I’ve always had trouble finding a dentist up until this visit! The receptionists were so professional and sweethearts, and the dental assistant treated me with so much respect and care. Lastly, the dentist herself was the best dentist I have ever had! She found the problem and was able to explain everything so perfect for me to understand! All in all, I would recommend this office to everyone! Thank you so much for the amazing service! :)

I just want to say how much I appreciate this dentist office. Everyone was so kind and attentive, and I felt like my concerns were taken seriously. The dentist was patient, gentle, and truly listened to me. The office is clean, welcoming, and filled with people who clearly care about what they do. I walked out feeling supported and understood. Hello. My mom shared a review about my experience and this dentist and they claimed that she had the wrong dentist office. That is not the case and so I am deciding to also write a review because I do not appreciate this dentist trying to dismiss what they did or tried to do to me. The first time I went to this dentist, they said they did a cleaning and charged my insurance company for a cleaning, when all they did was floss and polish my teeth. That is not what a cleaning is. They also told me I had 7 cavities, 4 on the right and 3 on the left. I went to them to get the 4 on the right filled, and I was impressed because they filled all of them in less than 45 minutes.
