Marta was my wax technician. She was so sweet & professional. I was very nervous trying the Brazilian cocoa waxing but it was a good experience thanks to her. She has flawless technique! Well worth paying an extra $5 to get the cocoa over traditional hard wax imo. I noticed less pain & irritation on my sensitive skin.

Fabi was amazing she took her time to really listen to my concerns and she did such a great job! I will definitely book with her again!

I went yesterday, saw Veronica who I'm told has worked as an Esthetician at this location for at least 10 years. I experienced terrible burn with long marks and other marks on both sides of my upper lip area. She asked me what I use to clean my face. I told her a Hyaluronic face wash, why? She said the waxing will sting a little more. I asked her is it okay to proceed, she said yes. I've been getting my facial hair waxed for about 20 years, at other salons, and NEVER had this painful problem occur. Veronica proceeded with the lip wax. Unbeknownst to me, this would sting horribly and the area immediately turned an angry red with more pain than normal. I went back today to lodge my complaint. I was gifted this money to do some self care before the arrival of my baby next week..Unfortunately was not satisfied with the service I received today. Ive been here a couple times before with my previous pregnancy and thought it was a good place to return. I called and they were able to schedule me within the hour, so that was nice. I arrived a couple minutes early, it was fine that I had to wait a couple minutes after the scheduled time. I had an employee I had not met before- blonde, glasses, accent- unfortunately did not catch her name, perform my services. I booked for a full body and chin wax. The lady who did my Brazilian wax was very nice and thorough, so I was happy with the service in general. However, the beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable, and I left very sticky- my clothes were stuck to my body and my thighs were stuck together. I had to go home and shower and peel off the excess wax and shower and apply oil myself- typically this is done by the waxer at every other place I’ve ever been. The facility is dirty, and as I lay there I stared at water damaged ceiling tiles. I realize this is not that big of a deal, but ceiling tiles are cheap and an easy fix. Unfortunately I won’t be back because the price does not reflect the service, but had I paid less I may not be as critical.
