I have been to this store three times too many and this will be my LAST TIME. I have never in my life felt so unwelcomed in a store than I have in this establishment. You would have thought that, “I steal” was written across my forehead the way the lady was watching me. Someone else walked in the store and it got her gaze off of me for all of a minute while she rang the other patron up and I turned around to find her gaze back on me. I am not one to write reviews and certainly not negative ones but it took everything in me not to say something to her for such nasty customer service in my opinion. I wish I didn’t just spend $60 giving this place my business for being so unwelcomed. NEVER again! Maybe next time while you’re staring me down because I’m black you can ask me if I need help find

Couldn't find my favourite detangler, Hawaiian Silky Detangling Conditioner. They graciously ordered it and called me when it was ready. Got it in two days or so. Awesome.

Shame on them, total rip-off on pricing. They charge $6.49 for Cantu Shea butter edge gel, 2.25oz size. Wegmans grocery store, sells the same product for $3.99. But they know what they're doing that's why their receipt says no return, no exchange. If not, I'd be right there getting my money back. Don't take advantage of your customers.

Old lady behind the counter cheated me out for my purchase. I purchased a wig on the 50% shelf. The wig was 49.99 with 50% off. I was charged $27.99. with tax. When I look on my receipt she subtracted 25% off which she only gave me 25% off of my wig. She refuse to return my money. We as a people need to stop shopping at these stores. They don't respect us at all. I will never shop there again.

I don’t know one store that doesn’t do returns. It wasn’t even a cash return and in the front of the store it says they don’t do cash returns. I literally bought the dr bronners Castile soap for $12 and went to the food lion right next door to find out that they have a bigger size for the same price and when I tried to return it the lady told me that they only do exchanges and I had just bought it from them 10 minutes prior.. they really know how to steal your money. They overcharge for little things and then don’t want to give your money back .
