"Five stars" is not nearly enough for an accurate rating for Ridge Family Dental! You are pleasantly greeted as you walk in...and you never have to wait long for your appointment. The treatment rooms are immaculate! The Dental Hygenists and Dental Assistants are very professional and knowledgeable, and will answer any questions you may have regarding your visit. I have been going to Ridge Family Dental for a number of years, and have never felt more secure in knowing that my teeth are well taken care of. Dr. Sverdlov and her entire team are exceptional! There is an 'artistry' to their work...and they care about their patients. If you are looking for a professional dentist who cares, I would highly recommend Ridge Family Dental in Lyndhurst! Laura

Dr. Sverdlov provides her patients with a nurturing and supportive environment to feel their best. I’ve been here a few times now for regular dental cleanings, XR’s, and bonding procedures. Dr. Sverdlov was transparent and proactive in addressing my needs and came up with a plan, in a time appropriate manner, for ongoing treatment. Discussion was forthcoming and honest. CSR staff is friendly and courteous. Billing and insurance information was provided to me in a time appropriate manner so I’d know exactly how much each of my visits would cost. Office is clean and professional. I live 40 minutes from this practice but it’s well worth the trip. Very pleased with the work I’ve had done here.

I have never experienced such horrendous dental work in my life, and I am appalled. If this is how patients are treated, Dr. Sverdlov truly needs to reconsider her practice. To anyone reading this, I strongly urge you to find another provider. Even after the office attempted to correct their mistakes, Dr. Sverdlov only made things worse. I can’t even believe what she did to my mouth and honestly neither could her replacement. I am thankful I left this practice and found a far better dentist. Unfortunately, some of the damage she caused cannot be undone, but I am grateful to now be under excellent care elsewhere. And to echo other reviews, yes, the staff is nice but nice does not negate HORRENDOUS dental work!

I don't typically write reviews, but I've been going to Dr. Sverdlov and Ridge Family Dental for over a decade now, and our community should know just how fantastic this office and dentist is. Dr. Sverdlov is extremely knowledgeable, warm, practical and takes obvious pride in helping her patients. I have gone to Dr. Sverdlov for multiple different procedures over the years, such as fixing a painful bite and chipped teeth, and the results have been great every time. A gem - five enthusiastic stars!

Beware! This office/dentist OVERTREATS and screws up your insurance just to stuff her own pockets. I was told by the Spanish girl at the front desk that my insurance considers them in network when they really weren’t. I’m so grateful to my insurance for telling me the truth over the phone in that this office KNEW they were out of network and proceed to lie and tell me that they are in network. Their hygienist suggested an extremely expensive “super cleaning” that cost over $1,000. For a damn cleaning! It took up 80% of my benefits for the year which prevented me from receiving any other service due to cost. Their staff is …fake nice to you. Seems they are pressured by the dentist here to suggest and instill fear into their patients to accept services that are unnecessary and expensive. Th
