Rich Low is the consummate PRO: Always going to Hair shows & on top of his Art, Technique, & the latest Styles & Products! I first met him at Tony & Guy more than a few years ago and he’s always been growing & advancing his Art. I especially like that he listens to & incorporates my ideas; and he makes my “fine” hair appear fuller with artistic texturing, cut & style.
