Haven Head Spa Newport Beach

Brought my mom here and we had a wonderful experience. We arrived and the whole process was explained to us in detail and then they asked if we had any questions. We did the 90 minute head/scalp treatment which included so many wonderful things I can’t even remember all the different things they did. We got to look at our scalps up close through this super zoomed in camera device they had. My mother has a sensitive scalp and she said the shampoo portion was a little intense for her but I’m sure if you let them know your pressure preferences they will adjust. I wasn’t bothered by them really scrubbing away during the shampoo/conditioner part of the treatment. I had an amazing session with Lily! This is my first time doing a head spa and it was so relaxing. I loved the massage that she does for your face, scalp, shoulders and neck. It was easy to book online as well and amazing for the price. She was wonderful. Highly recommend! I went back and had everything done again with Pinky, who was amazing as well! I love pampering myself every once in a while here.

My sisters and I did a girls day here for a head spa experience and it was lovely. The staff is so friendly and did an amazing job. Pinky who helped me out gave me a wonderful massage and the facia was incredible. My hair is so soft and I can’t wait to do it again. Highly recommend.

She customized everything specifically for my hair and face, which made the whole session feel so personal. I loved that she used only top-quality products from Korea and Japan — you can truly feel the difference!
