terrible service we arrived at 4:50 pm and two people started cutting my children's hair, the first one finished at 5:20 very good job and I paid 20 for the cut, but the other person took too long and couldn't finish the cut. another person had to come to finish my son's cut, he was already desperate because it had already taken a long time, the second person finished the cut until 6:20 pm, more than an hour in a simple cut and to finish he charged me 30 dollars for the second cut will not return I hope someone does something about it

Worst! barber shop I have ever been to! The cut was horrible asked for a mid taper and got just the edges scraped off 😭. I got lines going thru my side so called fade in all honesty I don’t recommend this place what so ever. For those who care about they cut plz don’t go you’ll want to throw hands with whoever cut you up!

I get a cut once a week from this shop, my barber Chris is always precise with my cut. It’s never rushed, or too slow. Every detail is tended to & the extra mile is always went. One of the biggest things I like about the shop, besides the cut, is the vibe that’s always set. I’m a fan of the morning cut, between 10AM & like 2PM, they have good old school chill music playing. Always satisfied with my cut. I moved an hour away & still drive out here once a week to get cut! Anyone of the barbers you get cut by are solid, but Chris my guy!

Chris is absolutely amazing!!! He was nice, caring, precise and went above and beyond to make sure my hair looked great! He took the time needed to correct a bad hair cut that I received from another place. Chris was a lifesaver! I walked out of Rich Cuts feeling more confident and proud of my new do!!! He is officially my barber and I recommend his services. You will not be disappointed.
