Nice salon super clean and the staff is so nice and very good at what they do. Will definitely be back. Me and my daughter love our nails.

Shayla is amazing, she does extremely good work, her free hand drawing for design is on point, you want good nails I recommend going to RI NAILS AND SPA... She was the only place willing to take me in within 30mins of closing, and she gained a new client cause of it.... Only Shayla will be doing my nails

Owner is aggressive, unsafe and unprofessional. He screamed at me and pushed passed me. I called and made an appointment for a full set and a pedicure. When I came in I asked if it was ok that I have my old set taken off, and a new set put on. They said that should be fine and sat me down to get started. Immediately the man asked me why I wanted them taken off to which I explained that the nails underneath bother me and long story short I just would like them removed and a new set. He continued to try to convince me to do a fill instead, but I just wanted a new set. He talked to the daughter and the daughter came over to ask me why I wanted a new set. At this pointed I had already explained myself multiple times- so I just said “ I just wanted these to be taken off, and to get a new set.

I have been coming to Shayla for about 9 months now & I absolutely love her. She sits in the first seat and usually answers the phone. She is great at doing my acrylics, and I’m so blessed to have found her because she is able to do the crazy designs I find and want. She does marble, ombré, holographic, chrome, gems/diamonds, and beautiful nail art. I 100% recommend her and she is the only person I trust doing my nails.

I recently went there and I was treated different I felt so sad and it kept me questioning myself why. I had to cancel the service but till had to pay. I cried my way home just want to treat myself good after a long night at work and to be treated different. This ruined my day, I went there first thing in the morning right after work. I cried all the way from the store to my house. I felt so sad why was I treated unfair and different. This was just yesterday. And I never expected this especially being my third time over there, usually I schedule with a lady who i happened to have her contact but for that day I didn’t contact her I just did a walk in for my feet and I didn’t expect my service to go wrong… my mood went from good morning with a happy face went to a sad face.
