I have been going to Jane aka my Janey for about 4+ yrs now. I am of (mainly) Negro American decent & I suffered from cystic acne. I tried everything from high end brands to Rx, nothing worked. I met J online and decided why not. I’m so fulfilled that I did! Jane customized a care plan for me, advised/instruct on what foods to avoid & within 6 months, my face was visible to me 🥹. Jane personality was welcoming from she first spoke/met me. The atmosphere in the salon is both calming/soothing, while cool ballads play in the background. Jane is an important want in my life & ‘love’/‘appreciation’ just doesn’t sum up all I feel my Janey, but Ig it will have to do. I’ve been going to Jane to get my eyebrows waxed for a while now and she is always great! Shes so good at what she does, very knowledgeable about products, and is always so personable.

First timer. I got the 60 minute facial and it was such a nice facial! The esthetician was sensitive to my needs and provided a relaxing experience. I even received a little gift. Very much appreciate! Would definitely return for a longer experience.
