Rhythm Cuts

Arrived there to no type of greeting not one person even acknowledged I was there so I sat patiently hoping someone would offer to cut my hair an hour later still not one person addressed or said anything I just left I was the only one in the lobby

Please nobody book with Rhythm Cuts Barbershop for braids or twist with Ty Powell because the level of unprofessional is out of this world. I understand fully when someone have an inconvenience , as a mom of 3 I have them all the time. But again of a mom my time is valuable just like the next and when an appt get reschedule due to YOU not understanding what a client told you , late to an appt (but if it was the client we get charged ) and then told they they ones "not comfortable " when not threat or name calling or nothing at all was said is unacceptable. I dont deal with alot of shops or ppl on my hair because of this exact reason and I dont like alot of ppl on my hair but I decided to try something different for locs extension. Maam asked me flat out "do you have the extentions" I said

Short wait possibly due to arriving early morning, steady customers during my visit. First time here with my Grandsons who were getting serviced. The barber was nice and the prices were reasonable. My Grands(teens) were satisfied.

First time experience wasn’t to pleasant. Theirs no organization for the amount of clients they have. People who come regularly are serviced first. No system in place for first timers. They will leave you waiting if you don’t ask to see a specific barber. You will wait until someone decides to ask you if anyone need help. There’s no sign in sheet to hold your place. The only positive outcome of this experience is that they all cut pretty well. If they improved their customer service side of the business they would have gotten 5 stars from me. Total wait time: 2 hours and 45mins. Would have been longer if I did not decide to speak up and ask why the long wait. I was told I couldn’t sign in, I had to just sit and wait but no barber ever asked to service me. They Just stare at me, skip over m

Jerome and Tay are my favorite barbers. I have been patronizing this establishment for over 20 years. Thanks fellows n Lady barber. I feel comfortable getting my family 's haircuts here.
