Sarah delivered an incredible head spa and facial experience. The scalp massage was deeply relaxing, the facial left my skin glowing, and the entire session felt thoughtful and restorative. I also loved how she took time to explain what she was doing and why — the educational insight made the experience even more valuable. Sarah is knowledgeable, calming, and truly talented. I spent close to $300 with tip for a dermaplane facial and a 60-minute Headspace treatment and unfortunately the experience was very underwhelming. The technician was very nice, but the dermaplane facial was poorly done—I left with visible hair still on my face, which defeats the purpose. I also originally wanted brow lamination, but was told they don’t offer it even though it’s listed on their services. The head massage was relaxing, but my hair didn’t feel soft or conditioned afterward, and the facial massage or cleanse wasn’t great. The space is cute but much smaller than expected, more of a studio than a spa. For paying almost $300, the services simply did not match the price or expectations. You can tell from the minute you walk in that she’s taken great lengths to think of every detail to make your experience memorable, luxurious, and relaxing. She was very informative while also being mindful of managing time wisely. She has incredible skill in what she does, it’s evident.
