This is a newly opened business, and I decided to give it a try. I went in for a consultation and a haircut, and I can honestly say it was the best hair appointment experience I have ever had!! My haircut was great, and the BLOWOUT was phenomenal! I’m pretty low-maintenance when it comes to my hair, and it’s not the easiest to work with. Alyssa clearly knows what she’s doing. She asked the right questions and truly listened. She also took the time to teach me how to manage my hair and suggested a few things and services without being pushy! I spent about 90 minutes there, but the time flew by. The salon atmosphere is beautiful, and Alyssa—who also happens to be the owner—is kind and clearly takes pride in her craft! She pours her heart into uplifting those around her and celebrates every win with genuine joy. My recent visit at Golden Trove was exceptional and the results were flawless. For Emily - I absolutely love going to see her. She’s personable, friendly, and just gets it. I never know the right hair terms or how to explain exactly what I want, but somehow she always knows what I’m trying to say and delivers every time. I trust her completely with my hair after meeting her a couple of years ago. She’s at a great salon with an amazing, friendly, and supportive group of stylists, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell she’s exactly where she belongs and has a good outlook to grow her expertise! Highly recommend if you want great hair without the stress of having to “talk hair.”

Golden Trove is an absolutely beautiful salon. I followed Shannon Ouimet to this salon when it opened and I am so glad I did. She does an amazing job. My most recent appointment was a big change to the way I have worn my hair for over 10 years - I went in with a basic idea in mind (no inspiration photos, just verbal description) and Shannon delivered so much better than I even imagined. My haircut feels great, which was very important to me, and the color was perfect. She also was very informative on working with me on achieving the low maintenance that I was looking for and what kind of appointments I need moving forward, rather than just recommending a full highlight every time. 10/10 recommend
