Revive Head and Body Spa

My sister and I enjoyed our first “Head Spa” (a.k.a. Scalp Facial/Deep Scalp Care) here and it was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience! Our service was 60 minutes for $68 which was grand opening special pricing (price may increase) The products they used smelled so good and our hair is the softest and cleanest it’s ever been. The scalp, neck, arm and hand massage was amazing for the price! These ladies had the perfect touch! I most appreciated that they took their time and didn’t make it feel like a rushed service. They also didn’t charge extra to add scalp moisturizer and anti-frizz product with a blow dry which was appreciated. Totally worth it to keep coming back on a regular basis. Highly recommend! Jenny was fantastic!! I've come to the spa several times now for both body massages and scalp care, and Jenny is always so sweet and accommodating. Both experiences were very relaxing, and very reasonably priced!

It started out great and was nice. The work done is proficient, however it is not relaxing. I couldn't enjoy. I felt during the scalp treatment that my hair was constantly pulled and that it was rough. The worst part was when I went to pay they told me two times to open my wallet and then when i sent the payment via zelle they asked me how much I sent to them? I told them the normal price but would pay tip in cash. When I looked through my wallet for a decent tip they were disappointed with what they received and just didn't say anything to me afterwards. Terrible attitudes. I won't be coming here again.

This experience was terrible. For starters they didn’t even massage my head it was all scrubbing of the head very roughly. The massage was mediocre. Overall, not a good experience and to top it all off she came running after me asking a tip. “1 dollar tip” she said in a passive aggressive way! This was honestly unbelievable. I don’t know who trained these people but they did not know basic massage techniques.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
