I’ve been seeing Chrystal for years, and she is the reason I can still exercise. She takes her time to uncover the root of the problem.

Chrystal is amazing. I have been in pain the last several months and now I feel so much better. I can sleep at night -pain free. I would highly recommend anyone looking for relief to give her a try. She’s absolutely INCREDIBLE!

Chrystal was great, very knowledgeable and skilled. I was sore for a few days but still felt better than I did prior to her therapy. I was able to work Tuesday night and didn't need any pain meds. Thanks again!

Very nice space- lots of visuals and props. Comfortable space and clean. Chrystal has done the research and is very knowledgeable and interested in sharing her knowledge. You have to put in the work though!! This is not a fluff n buff massage by any means. I don’t know how long it’s been since I’ve been able to walk or move with this little pain. It has been a huge eye opening experience. I can’t wait for my next session!

To say Chrystal was a God send is an understatement! As a registered nurse I have never experienced a therapy that produced so much pain relief after just 1 session! When I walked into her office I was hurting literally from my head to the bottom of my feet. I had pain in my jaw, neck, low back, hip and foot pain for years. She is so very knowledgeable at her skill as well as insightful to each individual client’s needs!
