Carol Silva is a talented massage therapist. I have used her services about five times. She is excellent at targeting and resolving areas of pain from both sports and exercise.

I have been going to see Carol for a few months for trigger point therapy and cupping as a supplement for the intensive stretching routine created by my PT. Carol is extremely skilled when it comes to trigger point techniques. She is very thoughtful, she takes her time to understand the areas that are troublesome, and she will even do research to scope out the connectivity of challenging areas. She really takes the time to listen to what is going on, and develop a plan to address the issues that are restricting range of motion. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, but she is also very kind and cares about the success of her clients and helps them achieve their goals.
