This review is long overdue! Love this place! It’s been a great addition to my self-care routine + wellness journey. I discovered them after one of Pilates classes. Your sleep, workouts, and overall mental health will definitely improve with consistency. The membership is worth it & their services are offered at great prices in comparison to other medical spas in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Best decision I have ever made is coming to the Restore HyperWellness in Rock Hill! The whole staff is absolutely amazing and all very knowledgeable! It is definitely a lifestyle change well worth every minute! Set time aside for your self care and come see them.

Emily was super nice. She showed me around and explained in detail the different services offered and how they benefit the body and mind. I enjoyed the infared sauna, compression, red light therapy and cryotherapy. I just wish I could do this every day. The establishment was clean; environment friendly and you leave a new you! 10/10!!
