She made the process smooth and virtually painless, which I truly appreciated as someone who’s normally nervous about needles. Emily and Cee Cee were also kind, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The entire team provided exceptional care, and I left feeling rejuvenated and well taken care of. We have come in several times for wellness infusions. Ruby is wonderful, putting us at ease quickly. She listens actively to our current needs and makes great recommendations for the best vitamin and mineral supplements. Neither of us like needles, but Ruby makes sure we are comfortable and relaxed, and most importantly, pain free. We will be back on Monday for our next IV!
