Restore was great! I have a pretty physical job, so I’m always looking for ways to help me recover on my days off. The infrared sauna was so relaxing, and the cryotherapy really helped reset my nervous system. And the compression therapy was just the perfect finishing touch to help me feel ready for the next week! I would highly recommend going to Restore if you’re in the need for a reset.

I am in town to do a very physical show at the Arts Center, and Restore Hyper Wellness has been an absolute lifesaver - giving me the opportunity to take care of my physical and mental health while I am under a lot of stress in both arenas. The combination of red light therapy, infrared sauna and cryotherapy has regenerated my energy and restored my body to peak performance shape. Doesn’t hurt that the staff is incredibly kind and helpful!
