Restorative Massage Therapy

I recently visited Restorative Massage, tucked away inside of Twist Yoga studio. It's a very relaxing space and was effective at preventing any noise from the yoga class from creeping in. The heated massage table and complimentary essential oils were also really nice touches. It was hard not to fall asleep! Molly did an excellent job listening to my focus areas and targeting them during our session. She has strong hands and can get after areas that you need more pressure on, but also has a nice balance of soothing pressure overall. I genuinely felt restored after the massage, and I think she's an especially great fit for those looking for therapeutic/specialized care that makes a difference. I think her service is great value for the care provided. I look forward to coming back!

Molly is worth her weight in gold! I’ve had several massages from her and she always brings a mindful and relaxing presence. She even answers my constant questions about which muscles she is working on and how they relate to one another. She has an incredible knowledge of anatomy and muscle/nerve function and I trust her implicitly. She uses many techniques in a soothing environment and you will leave feeling refreshed and lighter. At my massage today Molly was able to relax and release muscles that have been nagging at me for the past year, and it gives me hope that my chronic neck and back pain can actually be treated effectively and that permanent relief is within reach. I’m a client for life!

10/10 experience! Molly’s massage studio is calm, cozy and intimate - the epitome of relaxation. Molly was welcoming, kind, and communicative, and the massage experience was excellent. It was the perfect balance of restorative, full-body motion and targeted muscle work. I also loved the option for either eucalyptus or lavender aromatherapy, which elevated the experience. I left the session feeling relaxed and invigorated!

Molly is a very kind and talented massage therapist who does exceptional upper body and neck work. I came in after tweaking my neck a week prior and I left feeling like a different person. She did a great job of actually listening to what my concerns were and addressing them during our session. I even got 20% off for my first visit which was an unexpected surprise. I will absolutely be back to see her again.

Molly is amazing! She has helped me so much with chronic neck and shoulder tightness but manages to do it in a way that feels like a spa massage instead of the more painful experiences of targeted or medical massage. After seeing her for the better part of a year, I won’t go to anyone else unless I have no choice - it’s just not worth seeing someone else.
