No better massage in town than Jackie. She is very knowledgeable with sports medicine techniques and muscular response to different levels of pressure in gross motor groups vs. fine motor groups. The mobility gained even after just one session is night and day. If you haven’t booked with respite massage yet, do yourself a favor and spend 60 minutes of your life on recovery and you’ll gain much more in return.

Jackie did a phenomenal job. She's very communicative, asking which muscles you are having the most trouble with and then adapting the massage to your needs.

Still feeling relaxed one day later. Jaclyn made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived. We discussed my concerns about how my job is taking a toll on my body.
