I had Ms. Jameisha as my stylist and she’s very educated in what she does very professional and informative and she’s so easy to talk to during the service and outside of it I love her!! One of the sweetest stylists in Birmingham. You get a warm, soft, welcoming vibe from her and her hands! Her hands are everything you’ll go to sleep in a hot minute with her doing your hair, very gentle. I’ve been going to her for heat training my natural hair and I still have my curls in tact and if you keep up a good routine, which she’ll help you with, it won’t compromise the integrity of your hair with any service really. My experience each time I visit Black Sheep Hair Salon Suite is so amazing. I am a biweekly client and wouldn’t have it any other way. I have never gone to a hair salon before to ever receive the quality of service that I receive from Jamesia Williams. She treats me with the utmost respect. She is very caring and from day one has shown great concern with any issues that I had with my hair and also with my personal life. I had a great first experience at this salon. I wanted to get a silk press on very late notice, and she was able to get me in the day before my birthday!!! She washed and silk pressed my hair within a very reasonable time frame which is awesome because I have lots of very thick type 4, uncooperative hair. The massage during the shampoo felt amazing. She made me feel right at home and we had great conversation. She was also very keen on taking care of my hair and I really appreciate that! I 100% recommend choosing this place to get your hair done.

My hairstylist, Jamesia, made the experience a pleasant one. I found a park in the back and then walked into such an aesthetically pleasing salon. The shampoo and conditioning was even an experience with the light head massage and hot towel wrap used that briefly transported me into a state of relaxation that was much needed. She was friendly, full of energy and knowledgeable about the hair concerns and questions I had. I felt like I had known her for years and this was my first time meeting her. She revived my hair to looking healthy and flowing from a scandalous hot split end mess. It’s been a minute since I have received as many compliments about my hair like I have since she transformed it. Ijs.
