Honestly if I could give zero I would. Went in to get a NAIL SOAK OFF. left with half my nail gone. I’m upset half my nail was ripped off. The Tec still tried to work on my OPEN wound at this point. I ended up just washing my hands and leaving. I’m even more upset that all I get is an apologize like this was just a normal act? I definitely didn’t pay and will not go back. I will be contact TDLR (Texas department of licensing and regulations).

Kayla is the absolute best! At my last appointment, I mentioned I had a trip to Mexico coming up and wanted a cute design. I showed her an inspiration picture, and she executed it flawlessly! She even told me she had practiced the technique in between our appointments to make sure it was perfect—that kind of dedication is rare and so appreciated. I also love that when I book with Kayla, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes before she’s getting started. She’s extremely knowledgeable, honest about designs she may not be as familiar with, and always does her best to match colors and get it as close to the picture as possible. I’ll be coming to her from now on—highly recommend!

I went 3-4 to get a pedi. The pedi was $35 plus $20 for gel polish. I decided to get cat eye polish. Not 1 time did she say it was another $20. I ended up paying $40 for the cat eye polish.. I ended up paying $85 for the pedi and cat eye polish. I tipped $10 bringing it to $95. I’m sooooo pissed about the polish. I would have never spent that on polish and they’re wrong.i am a regular customer and they lost 1 with that GREED! Who charges $40 for damn cat eye polish???!

If I could give this 0 stars I would I wish I didn’t throw away my receipt so I could show how many random charges they added to my service I can on Saturday to get a fill and color change and to get a pedicure. Immediately when I got there they sat me at a station and it took them 15 minutes to even put my feet in water and another 5 minutes for them to start and in those 20 minutes they asked me SEVERAL times was I with the black lady next to me.. red flag number 2. The fill was $25 but when I said I wanted gel again she upped the price to $50 then she charged me to file the nails, cool whatever but why does my receipt say I was charged for coffin shape do we see coffin nails anywhere? Everything was okay until I saw my polish and how sloppy it was on my hands. She was rushing and polish was going up my cuticles. I asked her to clean them up and she continued to rush and they looked bad so I said can you just do clear pink and take the polish off. Again, rushing, she’s hurrying and being rough with removing it, while speaking in a different language to the lady doing my feet and looking frustrated. I came to relax, not feel like that. I let her go and showed the front desk how she left polish all on my fingers and advised that she was clearly rushing and talking about me in another language is unacceptable. They offered to clean it up but I was over it and will do it myself but asked to have a conversation with her. I was kind about it but I didn’t like that.
