Resonance Myofascial Release

Leslie is AMAZING!!! I have decades worth of “structural harm” to which I have subjected my body (e.g., a decade straight of wearing flip flops, slipping my L5-S1 disc at 23, terrible posture, etc). Leslie is a true master at reading where my body is experiencing the most tension and knowing how best to help it heal. In my most recent session, I actually felt long-numb areas of my body wake up. Since that session, I’ve felt tremendous improvements in how my body moves (e.g., when squatting, bending over, twisting, etc.). While healing is a journey, I can see demonstrable progress after every session. I can’t recommend Leslie highly enough for anyone experiencing pain and stiffness from life, aging, injury, bad posture, and/or muscle memory.

About three years ago I hurt my shoulder doing basically a lat pulldown. A month or so went by and instead of getting better, my shoulder started freezing up. I was in a lot of pain and could barely move my shoulder. I went to see Leslie and after about 8 sessions, I had recovered full range of motion. Now 3 years later It is still working great. I have only a minor occasional twinge. I moved from the area or I would have continued to see her to resolve the last tiny bit. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Leslie and her approach to MFR. If you have something that has been troubling you and nothing else has worked, keep an open mind and try MFR.

I highly recommend this treatment! Leslie is extremely skilled and very tuned in to understand your needs. I’ve been going for about 4 months to get treatment for my hip pain and migraines. I have tried so many other things with only temporary relief. I just made it a month with no migraine and it has been probably 5 years since that happened. I am also getting relief from my hip pain of about 20 years. I happy to have this service available in this area. I also recommend doing an immersive week with her if you can make the time.

Leslie is amazing! I came to her with back pain that was restricting my movement, body pain that wouldn’t let me sleep, and was having trouble getting up the stairs, which I thought was extreme beyond ordinary aging at age 46. After working with her for a few months I feel ready to start exercising again, I’m able to tackle the stairs without worry, and I can finally sleep! She is very knowledgeable and is thorough about asking me questions to better understand what I need. I can feel my body shifting and changing while she works. If you’re having unexplained pain, I highly recommend!

What a gifted practitioner Leslie is! I started feeling the effects of MFR on my first visit. Leslie was so thorough in her approach and always takes the time to listen to me. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
