Rescue Nails

Today is 3 days short of 3 weeks and I only have 1 nail still, left index. I didn't even realize when they fell off. No pain or anything. Which means they weren't properly secured. I spent over $150(not including tips)for nails, feet, shoulder massage and eyebrow wax. The only thing good was the shoulder massage. Sara did everything but the massage.

I wanted something simple yet wintery and they helped me come down with a simple design that doesn't look out of place. My nail tech Queena was super sweet and got innovative with some samples I showed her and gave me such a cute design I can match many outfits with! It's my first time coming and I'll be sure to come back soon. I definitely recommend trying it out! ✧⁠\⁠(⁠>⁠o⁠<⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠✧

If I had the option of leaving NO STAR I would! Made 3:00 appointment for my daughter & myself. Specifically requested we get manicures & pedicures TOGETHER. Even waited past our appt. time so this can be done! ONLY FOR MY SIX YEAR OLD TO HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE TWENTY MINUTES WHILE THEY TOOK MULTIPLE PEPLE THAT CAME IN AFTER!!!!!!!!If it were not for my little girl & creating an experience of mother daughter day for her I would have walked right out! WILL NOT BE RETURNING AT ALL. UNPROFESSIONAL! INCONSIDERATE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CONSIDERATION FOR CHILDREN. Mind you I am paying full amount for daughter!!!!!for full experience. Not a mere "polish change." GOOD RIDDANCE & BEWARE‼️‼️& "management" did nothing‼️

Listen, the ladies were very nice. But nice does not mean that the nails were good. I sat in that chair for almost four hours, and came out with nails that were worst than when I experimented during the pandemic. After an hour of trying to fix them, one nail just gave up and jumped ship- it literally just fell off. I didn’t even get the style I wanted because they couldn’t physically do it. My tech wiped off the same design about 4-5 times. I should have known once the second woman came in and complained about a chip, but I’m from out of town and I wanted to give them a chance. In the end, I had to cut them off and will be trying another salon tomorrow.

I’ve been getting my manicure and pedicure done here for over 20 years. It’s always clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. My whole family goes here. I recommend getting their spa pedicure. It’s a wonderful experience!
