I cannot recommend Teresa enough. She is the only massage therapist I have ever been to who has truly been able to help work through my chronic muscle tightness. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing massage or a more targeted treatment- she’s literally the best!!

I go to Teresa for deep tissue massage and for shoulder pain. She’s highly professional, attentive, and clearly experienced. She combined deep tissue work with some cupping, and the results were amazing. I always leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and pain-free. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and Teresa made sure I felt completely at ease the entire time. I can’t recommend her enough. She is truly wonderful at what she does!

I love Teresa. She works magic. My husband had been recommended her by a chiropractor and she’s helped him with basically life-long pain. I come in every other month or so and the amount of relief she’s able to help me achieve is incredible.
