Republic Square

Reviews of modern office rental space surrounded by a naturally pretty setting brought me to Republic Square. The drive in was nice, the parking lot is not in the best shape with a need for updating(outside parking lot, not parking garage). The trees and outside grounds in the front are very pretty and that’s as far as I got. I was immediately approached by security on a buggy and told I could not be on the grounds with a dog and this was not a part of the park and that I had to leave. I responded I was sorry for the confusion but I was there to view the grounds for a potential rental of office space and confirmed they had availability as the sign at the entrance also showed. Security responded they do have availability but dogs are not allowed on property grounds and that I had to take th

Great Management, Beautiful Space Republic Square has been an amazing experience so far. The management team is friendly and genuinely cares about your experience. The building, which is already stunning, is undergoing amazing new transformations and gets even better every day. As for perks, It has coffee stations throughout the building, great meeting rooms, underground parking (keeps my car covered and amazingly cool, and a stunning lake in the back.

We've been in the building for the past 2 years. The team really enjoys taking walks around the pond, using the gym, and more importantly the upkeep of every area in general. This building has a modern vibe that we really enjoy.

Leased an office here and moved in 3 days ago. On Day 2 I left my sun glasses at my desk ($450) purposely. blinds were down and the door was locked. The next day I come to realize the trash was emptied and my sun glasses were gone. Solution was to put a red stamp on my door so that the cleaning crew (which is included on the rent) does not come in to my office.

The culture and lack of experience of Boxer Property management drove a lot of high creditworthy business away because of how poor they managed their clients. Leasing: This process was very painful.
