Amy is the absolute best! I have been coming to her every 3 weeks for the past two years and I have noticed a huge difference in my overall physical health. I always leave her table feeling so relaxed, lighter, and physically more mobile. I have been complimented on my posture more recently and I know its because of Amy. She has very GIFTED hands- She can feel exactly where my pain is without me even having to really tell her. She also does sound bowl therapy therapy that I have added on in some of my sessions that really helped me meditate and have a full body and mind relaxation.
