I just found my new hair stylist! I got a partial balayage with haircut and style Jules .. I love my new style !! thank you for being so detailed and for the long time you spent on me . I showed you a picture of what I had in mind and you set up my expectations straight considering my current natural brown hair and with my budget in mind but I actually loved the results more than I expected Jules you are very talented! Wow! I had such a great experience with Kylee and Nae. Both of them were incredibly attentive and made sure I felt comfortable and confident the entire time. I’ve had some hair trauma in the past, and my hair definitely needed some love, but these two really took their time and made me feel understood and cared for. They were both so wonderful and easy to talk to, and the whole appointment felt relaxed and enjoyable. Honestly, it was the best hair experience I’ve had in a long time. My hair was in need of serious help, and she completely revived it. The color looks healthy, vibrant, and exactly what I was hoping for. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about the health of your hair. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. I love Kylie at Salon Lucent! I have been going to her for a year, and usually get a basic color/root retouch, and trim. This time I decided to do something fun! She did such a fabulous job from the consultation (I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted, just that I wanted magenta somehow) and throughout the entire hair dying process. She is so sweet and keeps the conversation going, making sure I feel welcomed and appreciated as a client. The salon itself has wonderful staff, everyone is very friendly, and it is so CLEAN! I always feel like her most important client, and I know she makes everyone feel so special. I highly recommend coming her for your hair care needs.
