I can't recommend this place enough. My husband and I both had the best experience here. We both saw Nely for facials with extractions. Nely was very welcoming and knowledgable. My husband was nervous prior to the visit and she made him feel extremely comfortable. The process was relaxing and comfortable. And as for my skin afterwards, I'm completely glowing. Although this was our first visit it most definitely won't be the last. These ladies know their stuff! Products are top of the line and everything is very CLEAN and sanitary. I have no complaints at all.

Superb experience! Kylee at reception was so friendly and helpful when I booked over the phone and wasn’t sure what type of facial to book. She also came outside to find me when I got a bit lost and wasn’t able to find the office. Nely gave me an excellent, super relaxing Rebuilding facial. I appreciated that she explained what was going to happen at each step before starting. She gave a very thorough consultation before starting treatment to help determine what my skin goals were, and I also loved the hand massage she did while my face mask was setting. Dee was so friendly and introduced herself as the owner on my way out. A 10/10 experience and I’m excited to build these visits into my routine!

Best facials ever!!! I have been going here for facials for over 2.5 years. I love how everyone is so professional and friendly. I started going here primarily before my wedding because I had clogged skin. My skin was glowing afterwards and it just got better with each session. The facial itself is super relaxing and Dee is very knowledgeable and gentle. I moved to another state but used to visit Dee for a facial whenever I would be in the area because once you go here you will not like it anywhere else. I so missed going to Dee for my facials because they are the best ever!! I am back to VA now and very happy to be going back here again. Even though it's a 40 min drive for me, it is SO worth it!! I highly recommend you give this spa a chance and I assure you you will love it!!

Yesterday I had a back facial and a rebuild facial performed by Nelly. The entire experience was everything I had hoped for. I hadn't received a facial in over 5 years so I was kind of nervous but Nelly explained the procedure beforehand and answered all of my questions. I liked this spa because it was very cozy and did not feel too commercial like some other places I have been to in the past. With that being said, it is a little difficult to locate the building as there are not many signs posted so I would recommend arriving a few minutes early. I also really appreciated how welcoming the receptionist was while I was waiting for my appointment. I have already scheduled my next facial appointment and will be recommending this spa to my friends.

Update 4 years later: I still go here regularly and can’t recommend these ladies enough. Top tier skin care! This place is a hidden gem. I was new to the area and trying to find a new facial place that understands how to take care of my sensitive skin, and these ladies know exactly what to do. The first time I walked in, the owner took one look at me and prescribed exactly what I needed. Everyone there is super helpful and their products are some of the best stuff I've worked with. Kind of a sketchy location, but by far the best place I've found for skin care since I've been in VA.
