I went to the location on 57th St. for a post surgery massage. The place was dirty, as in a dead coach roach on the floor in my treatment room - not joking. My practitioner was kind but did not speak English, so it was difficult to communicate post-surgery and medical details. For a regular treatment I wouldn't mind, but to have open wounds and not be able to communicate did not feel right. She used her phone to translate, but that meant she would touch her phone and then touch me without washing her hands in between. Not sanitary! Honestly I'm just happy I didn't get an infection. Furthermore, I ended up going to another spa for my next massage and realized that whatever was done to me an Renuev was not post-op/lymphatic - just random strokes. I was recommended here by my friend who is a nurse at one of the best plastic surgeons in the city; they send their patients here for post op massage. (They also send their celebrity clients here) I recently had a surgical procedure on my arms and started going and can really see a difference after a few treatments. Yesterday I had my first Venus Legacy treatment. Natalia and Paola the dynamic twins were amazing! Very attentive and sensitive to my needs. The office is very clean and cozy as well. They were my first stop for a free consultation and I had many consultations after them…but came back. They offer the best pricing in New York for Venus legacy, hands-down.
