Renu Lounge Day Spa - Infrared Saunas, Red Light Therapy, Cold Plunge, Recovery Lounge

I visited Renu with my boyfriend over the weekend, and every detail of the experience was a 10/10 for us both! The woman working at the front desk was great; She greeted us right away and continued to be attentive throughout our visit. The entire space was pristine and perfectly kept, including the sauna and cold plunge areas. We would absolutely come again, as well as recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing experience in the Manchester area.

Renu Lounge is such a gift for the Manchester community. Walking through the doors, there is an immediate sense of calm and warmth that envelopes you. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. The management is quick to respond to any questions. The facility itself is clean, smells wonderful and has everything you need for a day of relaxation. I use the infrared saunas and the red light therapy three times a week and feel refreshed and rejuvenated after each visit. We are so lucky to have this beautiful and well run business locally.

This is the perfect place for anyone seeking natural recovery from their active lifestyle! I love to utilize the cold plunge and the sauna for my sore muscles after a workout, a ski day or just a day of chasing a toddler around. The design of Renu is clean and modern and offers a quiet atmosphere to really relax and recharge. It’s a great place to bring your laptop and use the compression boots while you work from “home”. Plus the prices are reasonable! The owners and staff are super nice and helpful. So happy to finally have a wellness center in Manchester!
