Unfortunately, Marlyn didn't provide services at my booked appointment which I contacted her via email about 2 days in advance after purchasing a Groupon. I arrived she was a no show and she claimed she forgot and tried to reschedule. 45 minutes prior to the new appointment she decided she could also NOT make that claiming to have to do stuff for family?! After I asked if she could at minimum reschedule it to the next day she also declined saying she wasn't available. She suggested i get a refund from Groupon. I actually flew in for this appointment after reading good reviews. I will be redeeming my Groupon at a later date since there was a 3-day window to request a refund had already passed by this time. I hope that Marlyn will redeem herself as a professional and show up next time for a

Love my facials with Marlyn. She is very humble and sweet, caring, professional. Never pushes any services or pressures you in any way. The place is clean and relaxing. My skin looks great and I highly recommend her!
