Renew You Studio and Spa LLC

Was in town for a swim competition for my daughter and always look for sports recovery/cryotherapy places. Stumbled across this gem!! The owner is absolutely amazing!! We told her why we were there and she set us up to use cryotherapy, leg/arm compression and salt sauna! Every day she went above and beyond to make us/daughter feel welcome we even brought a teammate with us. I watched every customer coming and going and all left with a smile feeling like family including us! I would recommend Renew You Spa hands down over and over!

Customer service is amazing. So many different options to choose here. From the red light therapy to the cryotherapy to the salt sauna; it’s a place you must be.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. You walk in the front door to this cute boutique with unusual and sometimes quirky items for purchase. I honestly can’t walk out without something in my hands. When it comes to all the services, they are top notch. I have taken advantage of just about all of them. The owner Terri is such a fun and full of life person. She is knowledgeable on the services offered and with her personality, you leave feeling like you have been friends for years. Inside the store is the absolutely best hair salon in the area. Christy and Dede will make you feel beautiful by the time you leave. They are so talented and make you feel so welcome. I wish I could give more than five stars! Please go check them out. You will not regret it.

I joined Renew You Studio about a month ago and absolutely love it. I mostly use my membership for the red light therapy bed but they have several self care stations to choose from. I’m blown away by how refreshed I feel after using that bed! The owners have great energy and I can’t recommend their business highly enough!
