I had an amazing experience at ReNew Massage. The massage therapist I saw, Zachary, was incredibly kind and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He incorporated stretching along with massage, and it helped so much with the inflammation and pain in my lower back. I left feeling noticeably better. I’ve also had a massage with Francis, and she is absolutely wonderful as well. She gave me a full-body massage, and I felt amazing afterward relaxed, refreshed, and completely taken care of. I highly recommend ReNew Massage not only for therapeutic reasons, but because every massage therapist I’ve worked with there has been fantastic and there are many more I’m wanting to try! You really can’t go wrong here.

I have visited ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage many times over the last few years. The cost is extremely reasonable, and the rooms are cozy and inviting. Above all else, the staff is amazing! I do try to request the same therapist, but I have had alternates and each one has helped tremendously. I would, and do, recommend them to anyone searching for a masseuse!

I had a deep tissue massage from Zach yesterday, and he is excellent. Highly recommended. I find the price a little high, but it's been a while since I've had one and maybe the going rate is rising just like everything else.

I’ve been going to ReNew Massage for a couple of years and love the ease of scheduling, the calming environment and the benefits of massage therapy. I have experienced release of tension and pain in muscles. It has helped me gain range of movement, especially in my neck. I would highly recommend ReNew massage with any of the massage team, and especially Francis!
