I had a great experience here! I don't often get to treat myself with a massage but I came here on a whim one day. Booked online, which was convenient and easy - got here and my appt started right on time. Amy asked if I had any areas in particular that I wanted worked on and focused on those areas. Also, I fear social awkwardness, and Amy did not make it awkward at all - just the right amount of talking vs. silence. She was professional and knows her stuff. I was pretty sore the next day but I'm guessing that means I was very tense and I need to go more often!

Amy has an incredible knowledge that goes beyond a typical massage! She offers many different techniques to help you truly feel better! She has always been very kind and welcoming.

Amy is great! Does a great job of doing whatever you need - have also got vast improvement from therapy to help with former concussion problems. She can definitely help you recover or relax, whichever you need. Also does a great job communicating and sending reminders.
