I've been using the sauna at least 3x per week for 3 months. I use the pain relief setting. I had an appointment for a cortison shot but decided to try a more natural way instead. I am so happy with the results! My pain is very minimal now! I love the convenience of going to the sauna too. I schedule it online. Couldn't be easier! And in the winter cold, it's so cozy!!
We loved the sauna so much so that we actually bought one! We highly recommend her high-quality sauna with the full spectrum infrared! We used it to detox.
Donna is very flexible when it comes to scheduling sauna time! It helps with our inflammation and sore muscles!
Donna is a wonderful person and an excellent massage therapist. She has helped me feel healthier and more comfortable. I’m so glad I found her!
