Renew

I have been enjoying yoga classes at Renew with Lisa for over a year. Lisa's approach considers the health of the whole body and she works with her students to achieve better health through yoga and massage. I have seen improvement in flexibility and strength. The classes are fun and I look forward to starting my day off with Lisa and the other great ladies that make up the class.

The yoga class is outstanding! Lisa is so knowledgeable about the body. She tailors her classes to her students needs and abilities. The studio is clean and comfortable. I love the holy yoga classes which incorporate the awesome stretching and yoga moves with scripture, prayer and relaxing worship music. Renew is the best!

I love my time with Lisa at Renew for yoga classes and massage. Lisa is very sensitive to the needs of clients and students and coming to class is one of the highlights of my week. I just had my 1st massage with Lisa this evening. Wow. She is very, very good. I felt safe, comfortable and welcomed with her. Her space has a positive and loving feel to it. Her touch, speed, and technique is excellent. 🥰
