Asked otto to give me a taper and take bulk of the sides, didn’t take any bulk and didn’t even give me a taper it looks like my sides haven’t been touch, also didn’t edge the back of my hair then he gave me a bowl cut for my bangs

He really takes the time to understand the style you want and goes to work with the precision of a surgeon. Very welcoming team and atmosphere. Highly recommend making an appointment in advance so that you have a dedicated slot. I've heard all the barbers and stylist are top notch, so I look forward to trying to them all.

While I have always been satisfied with the quality of service at Renaissance, I recently experienced a situation that left me feeling disappointed. Despite calling to reschedule my appointment well after the scheduled time due to an unexpected car repair that occurred on the same day, I was informed of a policy requiring a fee for missed appointments. While I understand the need for business policies, I believe a greater degree of understanding could have been shown in light of the circumstances. An emergency car repair, especially when it's one's only vehicle, can be a significant financial burden. A simple acknowledgment of the situation and offer to reschedule would have been appreciated. Great experience with Jermaine and the folks at Renaissance Tonsorium! Comfortable waiting area with TVs and very professional staff. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere and no long waits even with a steady flow of customers. Online appointment booking was very easy to use. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a great barber shop!

Took my son here for his first haircut after a HORRIBLE experience at another local shop. Rachel was amazing and extremely patient and delicate with my 2 year old. We had a great experience here and we will certainly be coming back.
