Relux Spa

I have never had such a good massage in my life. Makes me feel like American masseuses' arent getting a proper education in anatomy. They took such care and wiped me down after the hot oil then left a hot bean bag under my neck. Such a thorough job. Im coming back in 3 days. Excellent service. I did not feel pressured in any way to tip a certain amt. And I felt them showing me different packages was nice so I knew what my options were. They even gave me a $10 off coupon. I only tipped $25 but I felt she earned $40. That usually never happens so I was a little embarrassed I wasn't prepared for Excellent service

Update: after my review (below), they contacted me, apologized, and offered another massage or refund. Then they asked me to update my review... so I wanted to share that they made an effort to make it right! Overpriced and sketchy. I booked on their website, which said a 2 hr hot oil massage by a Licensed Massage Therapist was $120. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk told me to pay (before receiving service) and said it was an extra $10 for deep pressure and another $5 to use a credit card. Red flags- I should have left. I was early, but she took me back right away. I thought they were ready for me early. NOPE- I was left face down on the table for 20 minutes. I actually thought the massage was really good. But- afterwards, she had a sign that said industry standard was to tip $25 for an excellent massage, $20 for a good massage and $15 for an average massage. My masseuse was standing there and the lady up front pointed to the sign twice and asked if my massage exceptional. I was planning on tipping 20%, (I only got a $60 massage). I asked for change for a $20 (she asked me if I could pay cash) and she held my money and said again, “do you need change? I thought you got an exceptional massage?” I felt so pressured and awkward that I ended up giving my girl the $20- but I won’t be back. If they wouldn’t have been so pushy about the tip, I would’ve absolutely come back. But that’s a deal breaker for me.

Such a disappointing 90 minute massage. This was my second visit to Relux. The first time was amazing and I couldn't wait to return. This massage was the most frustrating 90 minutes of rubbing up and down my back that I've ever experienced. So inconsistent. I went with a friend who also had the 90 minute and hers was completely different to mine. The massage therapist was just not good. I don't think she knew what she was doing.

Update: 3/4/26 I decided to give this place another chance after a very disappointing experience six months ago. It took about four months for anyone to follow up, and Nancy offered to redo the massage to make it right. I wanted to give this place another chance because I really like deep tissue and they do a really good job. However, when I arrived for the appointment, I was still asked to pay even though it had been offered as a redo. I didn’t say anything at the time because I was really needing a massage and hoped the experience would go well. Unfortunately, the session was extremely disruptive. Nancy left the room FOUR different times during the massage — once to get change for another client, another time to deal with scheduling, and at one point another person came in to work on
