I've been a customer of Reliance MFG for 7 years and I have been very happy with their performance. They manufacturer my entire product line and they have had reliable in getting my product out the door and to my customers in a timely manner. If there are any issues, they are very quick to take charge of the situation and resolve them. They are a small family owned business and they do get busy at times with their office staff often supporting on the factory floor so a phone call or e-mail may not get answered immediately but be patient and persistent.
