Cass is truly gifted at her craft.i went to her on the recommendation of a fellow swimmer who raved about her. I was wanting to leave my former massage office as it was not meeting my needs and was too expensive. From my first visit I knew I had found the right fit for my endurance swimmer self. Cass is experienced and understsnds what my body needs to recover from many miles of swimming a week The massage studio is welcoming. My experience with Cass was amazing. She is kind and gentle and yet her technique was very effective! I went in to my session with a lot of tension, stiffness and discomfort and left the session with full range of motion in my neck and like the heaviness in my body was relieved.
