I had an incredible massage with Sonia at Relax Wellness Day Spa in Grove City, and I’m so impressed! From the moment I arrived, the environment was calming, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Sonia took the time to listen to what I needed and tailored the massage perfectly to my pressure preference and focus areas. Her technique was amazing — she found all the tension I didn’t even realize I had and worked it out with the perfect balance of relaxation and results. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. If you’re looking for relaxation, relief, and genuinely great care, I highly recommend Sonia. I’ll definitely be back!

want to share my experience with this salon so others are aware. When I was reading the reviews, I noticed comments mentioning massage services. I decided to call the salon to ask for clarification. A lady answered the phone, and when I politely asked if they provide massage services, she immediately hung up on me without saying anything. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Even if a business does not offer a certain service, the proper and respectful way is to explain it—not to hang up on a customer. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that management train their staff to treat callers with basic respect. Marilyn is simply the best stylist I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I've been with her for over a decade and I'm never disappointed. She's not afraid to try my crazy ideas and I trust her implicitly when she gives her opinion. She listens, makes suggestions and has no fear of my custom purple color (which I've had since the '80's) or my spikes. I adore her and she's become a dear friend.

This was my first visit. Chelsea cut my hair. She was friendly, without being overly chatty. Chelsea took her time and did a nice job. She was concerned to make sure I was satisfied. I received several compliments from family and friends. Reasonably priced.
