This place is so welcoming clean and professional, I was hesitant about doing a Brazilian wax but I have Brazilian daughter in law who highly recommended me to try it. Jocelynne the technician that has done them on me almost a year now has made the process so smooth from taking my appointment the first time to every time I used to walk in there nervous she has a way of soothing me down with her smile patience and professionalism. It is VERY Worth every penny.

In my opinion, relax and wax has the best prices in town for Brazilian waxes. T’ana is fantastic! She’s quick and gentle, she also takes the time to get to know her clients as well. The lobby is cute and feels like home! It’s best to book your appointment right after your service because their appointments fill up fast.

I’ve been here 3 times my last being today. The price changes are RIDICULOUS plus the 20% tip upfront when it’s not worth it my first time I had Nancy very nice! But , missed a lot of spots and the wax was really hot to where it burned me. my 2nd time i booked with Christi she was amazing and very attentive ,it was basically painless and there was not a hair in sight ! This time unfortunately due to Christi not working here anymore I had Nancy again . She started arm pits and Brazilian at 3:50 she was done by 4:07. It was rushed there is still hair and there was wax still all on my skin and the wax was hot again! Paid $102 for incomplete job and painful experience. Will not be returning!
