I absolutely love this place! Hands down, best around! Ellie is so personable, so relatable, makes it quick, seemless and painless AND they extremely affordable! Not to mention the environment is very laid back and relaxing. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to give them a try! You'll never go anywhere else!

The person who I spoke with on the phone to make the appointment was very sweet and helpful. When I came in for my appointment I was 'greeted' by Jaden (I believe was her name), and she immediately made me not feel comfortable. I know that we all have bad days sometimes, however she was short and made me feel like she did not want me to be there at all. I did end up leaving because I couldn't be waxed (which I definitely understand, though I wish I would have been told on the phone when I made the appointment the correct guidelines to follow). I am sure they do a really great job there and the space was nice and clean; I just won't be returning because of the attitude I received when I was there.

I haven’t waxed for the last 3 years and Ellie is an ANGEL ON EARTH! Her energy is so sweet and welcoming, she took away my nerves completely! During the wax we were laughing and having a great conversation. She’s very personable and will make you feel at ease through the wax. I love how she was talking me through the entire process as well. Her technique is perfection, my sugaring on my Brazilian barely hurt! If you’re second guessing about waxing, DON’T! Ellie is your girl!
