Relax Nails

First-time client here, and I had a wonderful experience with Kim! She gave me the best Gel X almond nails ever. Kim was so attentive, she took her time, gently cleaned the excess gel under my nails, something no other technician has ever done, and carefully secured my gems so they wouldn't fall out. Kim is truly talented, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great nail care!

Went in to get my nails done for my birthday and everyone was so rude didn’t talk to me at all the whole time, rushed me out of there and kept telling me the price like I couldn’t pay afford it! The lady who did my nails did a terrible job my acrylic nails have dents in it and the nail polish was a sloppy job it was my first time ever going there and definitely will not be going back. Definitely not how u treat PAYING customers

I’ve been on the hunt for a different nail salon and am beyond thrilled I went with relax nails! They have the largest selection of colors I’ve ever seen and the quality of their polish is great. At previous salons I’ve asked for 3 coats, however, at relax nails 2 coats does the job and does it well! This nail salon is kept clean and is beautiful. As soon as I walked in I instantly felt relaxed. They offer 17 different pedicures, WINNING AT LIFE HERE! I got a no chip manicure done by Kim and I am obsessed with how it turned out. Kim’s attention to detail is phenomenal, she took her time and made sure I was happy with the end product. She’s super friendly, kind and I enjoyed talking with her. All the technicians here are trained by her so rest assured they ALL do a great job. I’m so grate

I have been a client at Relax Nails for a few years now and I see Kim, the owner, for my services. I want to take a moment to set the record straight. I read a couple of these negative reviews and they are completely untrue. This is an extremely professionally run business, where I’ve never seen them treat a customer with anything other than respect. Kevin, who sits right up front has a lot of customer interaction and is very polite and friendly. I’ve never seen him be rude once. Now they have a business to run and a schedule to keep. I always make my appointments two weeks ahead of time and I keep my appointments. Kim does a beautiful job and is very artistic. I’ve also been seen by Cindy who is also very talented. I originally had an appointment with Cindy but there was a mix up with scheduling and I was given the next available tech. Emily ended up doing my nails and she did amazing!! Very sweet and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the session. She pays a lot of attention to detail and explains what she is doing. Would definitely recommend her!
