I went in for Hydrafacial after seeing the promotion on insta ad. I saw the ratings and was skeptical but still wanted to give a chance. When she started the treatment she just told me to lay down no towel no covering. She didn’t wear gloves and was on her the whole time between the breaks. She was touching my face with the same hands. The music was too loud. She suggested me micro blading which was extra charge I was like ok why not. It felt so rough/harsh on my skin the way she was doing it. The whole treatment felt like she was in a rush probably for her 5 pm appointment. The whole vibe of the place is too loud. I am surprised how people are still going there or how it is still running. The whole nail spa section was empty no one was there. So don’t expect anything like the ad you see o

The tech was on her phone during my treatment. She did not was her hands before, did not wear gloves, kept touching her face and adjusting her wig. It’s my fault for not insisting she wore gloves when I noticed they were not on, partially out of shock. The procedure was very cold to the point of pain, worse the next day. I do not see any positive results yet, only swelling. She mentioned that it wasn’t suppose to hurt but it did and hurts more now. I do not recommend this salon.

I came in for a simple manicure and I was extremely satisfied with the services rendered . I got exactly what I asked for . Everyone is so kind and welcoming I would recommend it to everyone to have this experience.

This is the best spa I have ever been to I felt very welcomed and well treated. They did an amazing job on my facial treatment I feel very confident with my skin now. I recommend this spa to anyone.

I had an excellent experience here at Reine Amina. 1st let me say Amina is very nice, kind, patient, and provides excellent customer service. Before getting started with my facial she assessed my skin and gave me product recommendations while educating me on skincare. She was very gentle while doing my facial and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would 1000% recommend and come back.
