I’ve been working at this location since September and since Pam arrived, my work experience and that of my co-workers has so greatly increased and it is a pleasure to come and work here. Our company has a large presence at this facility and now, people are happier because the office looks and feels so professional now. Pam is super responsive and our management team is impressed with her level of professionalism and communication. Previously we didn’t receive notifications about hours or concerns and it felt as though nothing was being managed. We needed a transitional office on short notice and this Regus location was ready for us. The local manager here helped us get settled, addressed all and any difficulties, and makes coming to the office a pleasant experience every day. The center is clean, well stocked, and efficient. I highly recommend it.

Overall, I have been happy to have space in Regus at 92nd Street. It is clean and convenient. The Regus office manager is always polite and helpful, which is a key factor in a shared office environment.

Outstanding service and care! Esthela at the front desk is exceptionally helpful and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The space itself is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It's a great environment to focus and be productive. Highly recommend!

EDIT 9/3/25: Regus is trying to incentivize me to remove my review by offering to waive their $496.85 “restoration fee” - this also goes against Google’s ToS for their review policy. They said if I remove it, they’ll waive the fee. EDIT 8/11/25: After posting this review, Regus admitted in writing that they never explained the 2× rent deposit, confirmed the automatic coffee charge isn’t disclosed in the contract, and acknowledged the internet and HVAC issues. Those problems were never resolved during my lease, and no compensation was ever offered. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: I've already talked to them, they won't take accountability.
