I had a great experience at Regus - New York City - 260 Madison. The workers were very nice and polite from the moment I arrived. They were welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer my questions clearly. The staff made sure everything ran smoothly and were patient and respectful throughout my visit. Their positive attitude and helpfulness really stood out and made the overall experience comfortable and pleasant. I truly appreciated their professionalism and customer service.

To say I’m disappointed with this location, and the service provided by Regus, would be a major understatement. I arrived at the location with no access instructions provided by Regus. Luckily the building security guard was able to at least direct me to the correct area. I was able to get into the office, but there were no instructions on where to sit, or how to access any amenities or even information on where the restroom was. The weather over the weekend was very bad, so I didn’t expect an employee to be there, instead there was a sign with a phone number and email address. I called the number, which rang the front desk, so obviously no one answered or returned my call. I then emailed the provided address multiple times requesting information and direction on where to sit/work. 24 h

The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything needed, which makes working here smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—easy to access and surrounded by great spots for meetings, coffee, and lunch. The offices and common areas are comfortable, quiet, and ideal for productivity. Overall, a top-tier workspace and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a professional environment in NYC.

Earlier this month, I needed a one-day office in New York, and Compton made the entire process effortless. He was kind, responsive, and incredibly professional from start to finish. The people running this office is absolutely incompetent. They created two contracts under my company and couldn't figure out how to cancel one over another. In the meantime, they kept charging me all these fees and the bill amounted to over $1000 USD in 3 months. Here is the problem with this location: - The office managers in this location can not seem to get their accounting people to make basic adjustments to your bill - There is no way to easily call the billing department if you have an issue. When you log into your account, the options to choose "billing error" or "contract issues" is not available - You can only write an email which takes days before you get an answer. - Had numerous tickets created with NONE resolved and answers were irrelevant to my original question. - You CAN N
