As a business partner here, I’ve been really disappointed with this office space. We signed a lease expecting a clean, professional environment, but instead we’ve had to deal with repeated pest problems bugs, silverfish, and even lizards showing up inside. What’s worse is how it’s been handled. Management hasn’t taken it seriously, and the only options they gave us were moving into another office or temporary move our entire office out so they can shampoo the carpets, neither of which actually solves the problem. Meanwhile, we’re the ones losing time and focus trying to work around issues that should never have been there in the first place. I would strongly caution anyone considering leasing office space here. Since moving in, our office has had repeated issues with pests, including roaches, silverfish, and even lizards inside the unit. Had to book a conference for a meeting with my coworkers and found this. Was VERY pleased! It was beautiful and located in a cute downtown area also (I didn’t watch her name) but the front desk person was incredibly sweet and helpful! Would book again.
